Type of Advice

We provide advice on:

  • where complaints may be referred  if the complaint does not fall within our jurisdiction;
  • processes and procedures as to how your complaint may be dealt with when a decision is made by the Ombudsman for investigation;
  • any other information required by the complainant regarding the functions of the Ombudsman.

We offer good governance and training to all public authorities.

We conduct outreach activities to the public on the functions and work that the Ombudsman carries out.
